房間一般，服務太差，體驗感極差。我們自駕到酒店，大堂門口沒人的，我一個人帶着兩個孩子，一個大箱子和四五個袋子/背包，在辦入住的時候前台催着簽字交按金，有兩三個工作人員，卻沒有想辦法説可以幫忙拿下行李。晚上就出去吃了個飯，差不多兩個小時的時間，回來房卡竟然刷不了！！！！真的絕了！過年期間住了這麼多家酒店，這真是感官最差的一家。辦完入住之後，也沒有向我們指明電梯位置。半夜凌晨同一層隔壁的幾個房間房門大開聊天、孩子大喊大叫…真的體驗感極差。
